A UNIQUE
AND INDIVIDUAL
PROCESS
THE THERAPY
Integrating approaches
The entire team shares a strong foundation in the main schools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychonalysis, though each member’s interest in finding approaches that best align with our values and vision of therapy—allowing us to remain flexible and adapt to each unique case—has led us to become familiar with other disciplines and aspects such as Systemic Therapy, Third-Wave or Contextual Therapies, Integrative Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
Through acceptance, compassion, and active listening, we focus on the problems and challenges of the here and now. To achieve this, we seek ways to improve well-being and emotional state right now, even if that means exploring the past to find some answers.
We hold a relational approach where the therapeutic relationship becomes the heart of transformation. Together, we co-create your process, where we both actively participate, taking time to talk about our interactions and how they feel in the moment. This builds greater self-awareness and meaningful, lasting change.
Our thoughts and beliefs are like the lenses through which we see the world. By becoming aware of them, we can adjust those lenses to see ourselves, others, and life more clearly.

Stages of Therapy
1. Assesment and therapy goals
We uncover the what, how, and why of your challenges to create a clear roadmap and align our shared path forward.
2. Exploration and building relationship
We begin therapy by looking closely at your challenges and giving them context, all while creating the trust and care needed to make our sessions truly impactful.
3. Intervention
This is the most active phase, where we explore and apply diverse theories, approaches, and techniques customized to your specific needs and our shared therapy goals.
4. Ending
Once therapeutic goals are achieved, we allow time for full integration by gradually spacing out sessions.
Later, we enter this final phase to review your progress and thoughtfully close the process together.

Why wait any longer?
Emotions, thoughts, and the body are intimately connected. When emotional and psychological distress persists over time, the body reacts by giving us a physical warning sign of that discomfort.
Don’t let your body whisper what your mind shouts
